Starting point

In early 2023 BEEQ had one product (a face mask for acne and redness), a failed test with a previous agency and a website that needed a full rebuild. Before spending, we tracked sessions, orders, AOV, conversion rate and acquisition cost.

What made the difference

  • Audience first. People who've lived with acne for years, sensitive skin, people who want a simple routine.
  • Seasonality. Test in flat months, push everything that worked in peak months.
  • Message match. If the ad talks about redness, the product page uses the same word.
  • Founders on camera. Sabrina and Andrea shoot the content: high test volume, no creator dependency.
  • One channel pushed to the limit. Most budget on Meta; new channels only when the first is mature.
  • Reviews and AOV. 2,000+ reviews; bundles and gift boxes to offset rising CAC.

Measure → Test → Scale → Repeat. Ads are one link of the chain. Results come from data, product, customer experience and timing working together.
